- Position Players: Defensive and Offensive workout
- Pitchers: Bullpens
Athletic Testing Data:
- Run: Measured at 10Y / 40Y / 60Y
- Shuttle: 5 – 10 – 5
- Jumping: Broad Jump and Triple Broad Jump
