Players must arrive on Thursday 10/03/2024 anytime and no later than 10 am on Friday (only in approved cases). We recommend you plan on flying home on 10/07/2024, or very late on 10/06/2024.
Player Gear: The players will receive their baseball gear at the stadium locker room on Friday. Players are encouraged to bring anything they feel necessary for the games. Players will be provided a full uniform, small bag to hold gear, helmets, batting gloves, undershirts, shorts, shoes, socks, and belt. Bring anything else you need under your uniform, safety devices, or etc.
Saturday – 10/5
12:00 PM – Teams Arrive
2:00 PM – Gates Open
2:00 PM – 2:45 PM: BP – Blue Team
2:45 PM – 3:30 PM: BP – Orange Team
3:40 PM – 3:50 PM: Infield Blue Team
3:50 PM – 4:00 PM: Infield Orange Team
4:30 PM: 1st pitch – Game 1, 9 innings
*Game 2 will start 30 minutes after Game 1 ends
Sunday – 10/6:
8:00 AM: Teams Arrive
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Cage work for both teams
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Ground balls, both teams
11:00 AM: First pitch – Game 1
*Game 2 will start 30 minutes after Game 1 ends
