Event Time: 8:30 AM to 5 PM - (Groups to be assigned (each group will take about 3.5 - 4 hours)

Check-In: Arrive 15 minutes before start time
Group 1 - Grad Year 2028-2029:  8:30 AM Check-In (please do NOT enter the facility before 8:15 AM)
Group 2 - Grad Year  2026 & 2027:  12:30 PM Check-In (please do NOT enter the facility before 12:15 PM)

Bats: Wood Bat Only

Uniforms and Shoes: Full baseball gear, athletic shoes, turfs, and molded cleats are okay. FSS Shirt and hat to be provided.  NO SPIKES

General Flow of Activities for the event:

8:30 AM: Check-In

9:00 AM: Welcome, Warm-Up, and Stretch

9:30 AM: Athletic Testing

10:15 AM: Defensive Evaluations: Warm-Up / Infield / Outfield / Catchers

11:00 AM: BP

12:00 PM – Bullpens – Primary Pitchers Only - Unless the scout onsite requests a secondary pitcher to throw. In some cases, pitchers may throw live to hitters. Any additional testing for position players will occur at this time. We expect to be ahead of schedule, but please use this schedule as a guideline.

Group 2 Arrival - 12:30 PM

12:30 PM: Check-In

1:00 PM: Welcome, Warm-Up, and Stretch

1:30 PM: Athletic Testing

2:15 PM: Defensive Evaluations: Warm-Up / Infield / Outfield / Catchers

3:00 PM: BP

4:00 PM – Bullpens – Primary Pitchers Only - Unless the scout onsite requests a secondary pitcher to throw. In some cases, pitchers may throw live to hitters. Any additional testing for position players will occur at this time. We expect to be ahead of schedule, but please use this schedule as a guideline.
