In Baseball America’s most recent MLB Mock Draft, New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series International Week event alums Grayson Rodriguez and Noah Naylor among the first 12 players taken.
Rodriguez is projected as going tenth overall to the Pittsburgh Pirates — the report notes he’s up to 98 MPH — and has Naylor going 12th to, ironically, the Toronto Blue Jays.
Naylor has spent a lot of time with the Ontario Blue Jays, a proud partner of P15/NBBFSS.
Noah Naylor, whose brother Josh Naylor was taken 12th overall by the Miami Marlins in 2015, has long been projected to be a first round pick, while Rodriguez has seen an incredible rise in his stock as his velocity has done the same.
