Rules:
Wood bat only
No metal cleats allowed on the turf
Each player must have their own water. Water will not be provided.
Each player must have their own gear. No sharing of helmets, gloves or catcher’s equipment will be permitted.
You are required to comply with any and all COVID-19 protocols as directed by staff.
If you have been sick, have a temperature or been exposed to anyone that has tested positive for COVID you will not be allowed to participate.
Players upon check-in will be given a New Balance Futures Stars shirt and hat that must be worn during the workout. You may wear any color pants you wish.

Schedule:
9:00am – Group 1 Check-in – Pitchers 9primary and secondary) and Catchers only
9:30am – Stretch
10:00am – Primary pitchers bullpens – Secondary pitchers athletic testing
11:15am – Secondary pitchers bullpens – Primary pitchers athletic testing
12:45pm – Infield/Outfield
1:45pm – Batting Practice
3:00pm – Dismissal
GROUP 2
Schedule:
Schedule Group 2 – All position players – no pitchers or catchers in this group.
1:45 – Group 2 check-in
2:15pm – Stretch
2:45pm – Athletic Testing
3:45pm – Batting Practice
5:15pm – Infield/Outfield
6:15pm – Dismissal
