The New Balance Future Stars Series National Championship Tournament is the signature annual event for Future Stars Series Partner Programs across North America. A TRUE NATIONAL CHAMPION is crowned from each high school age group. Elite players identified by the Future Stars Series National Staff of former Major League Players, Coaches, and Scouts may be invited to participate in Future Stars Series Regional Scouting and Development events.

A. Stay to Play Requirements: Future Stars Series has worked with the hotels in the area, and we have secured hotels throughout the city. Rates may vary by hotel choice. We have worked with hotels to provide competitive rates to fit various budgets from economy hotels to larger hotels. The minimum required rooms for the week are 50 room nights per team. The room requirement comprises all players, coaches, and family members associated with the team. You may select more rooms in advance if desired. A link will be provided to coaches for each team’s hotel accommodation and can be forwarded to parents to complete their hotel reservations.
Please note there will be a limited timeframe to complete the hotel reservations. Failure to complete a hotel reservation as a part of this stay-to-play event will result in a cancellation of the team’s registration at that time, and no refunds for payments made for this tournament. Our goal is to be sure all groups and families have a seamless registration process, so please be diligent about your timeframes. Almost every hotel has a cancellation process with lead times and emergencies. If a team prefers to pay a hotel buyout fee they may contact us at info@program15.com to arrange for this hotel buyout ($750). Teams must strictly follow hotel reservation timelines. Updates to timelines or hotel links will be on this website using the blue Book Hotel Button. We will update hotel information using this link and webpage.
B. Note on Rosters:
The Roster Deadline is June 24, 2024, for all events and rosters must be completed using the Sports Connect link provided when your team registered. No other forms of collection are acceptable at this time.
C. Note on Schedule:
The schedule will be out 2 weeks ahead of the event. We will alert you when this has been posted.
D. Refund Disclaimer:
There will be no refunds provided if a team cancels their registration within 3 months of the start of the event for any reason (not enough players to field a team, decide not to play in the event, etc.).
If a refund is warranted, it will be at the discretion of the Future Stars Series staff. Additionally, if the stay-to-play rules are not followed, your confirmed registration status and fees will be held. If hotel requirements are not satisfied your team may not be able to play. Always provide your team name and the Future Stars Series Tournament name if asked by a hotel, or if allowed in a form. Please use the same team name you registered your team under.
E. Weather Disclaimer:
Once the event begins, no refunds will be processed for any reason. If the event is canceled due to weather or act of God within 2 weeks of the start of the event, an 80% refund will be processed. If the event is canceled due to weather or act of God within 1 week of the start of the event, a 70% refund will be processed.
F. Conduct:
The Future Stars Series reserves the right to request the removal of any athlete, coach, parent, or any other person believed to conduct themselves in an unruly or unsportsmanlike manner. We wish to conduct a competitive, safe, and fun atmosphere. Please be aware of your actions or words directed at umpires, coaches, parents, staff, or any other guest.
