P15 and New Balance Future Stars Series family,

I hope the new season is treating you well. We’re excited for 2019 and I’m sure you guys are too.

As you have seen, there has been growth with Program15 and the Series. We’ve added some new partnerships with Impact World Series, Atlantic Coast Baseball, 2D sports, and Vtool. These relationships allow us to bring our partner programs regional and super regional events with quality providers and individually selected organizations along with P15’s Major League Baseball scouting and development reports. The consistent gameplay serves a triple purpose: it allows for good events close to home to save cost; it gives us a chance to consistently evaluate and compile proper analytics to relay info to MLB clubs and colleges; and it gives us a play in system for each summer’s nationals in Houston. There is more to come shortly with details on all areas, but we are excited about the ability to bring these groups together. Also, our nationals will be seen online on FloSports in 2019 and beyond.

Next, international week is moving to Fenway Park in 2019. We are on the way to selection for that event, and expect to see major media coverage once again along with global Broadcasting from FloSports. We’ve seen the excitement level grow with this event as all MLB clubs have asked for dates to ensure their attendance. The dates this year allow for added college attendance as well, and we expect to see schools from across the country come to Boston.

In 2020, we will add another new event. This event is comprised of 6 teams and all players are selected from partner programs of partner events. This event will also be held in an MLB stadium and at a time when no selected player will miss any of their summer season. The advisory board clubs will work with our scouts to select the players for the event from a system of organization scout days/player Id’s which lead to regional combines. This is another heightened exposure opportunity along with added testing and development, held in an MLB park.

We’ve seen our relationship with MLB and our advisory board clubs grow. In March, we covered the MLB GRIT (Girls Baseball) event in Dallas, and have added 8 interns from their diversity pipeline. These staff members were referred here directly from the Commissioners office for training in areas of scouting, analytics, technology, player development, and baseball operations. This outlet is beneficial to all as we collectively work to impact the game across all levels.

As excited as I am for what’s above, I am even more excited about our relationships and what is to come for all of us. It’s a good time to be here, and I appreciate you taking the ride with us and all you do to support it.

I look forward to seeing you all very soon.

JB
