PROGRAM 15 is proud to announce International Prospect Series at Punta Cana has been selected as an International Partner for Player Identification and Selection for the New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series.
PROGRAM 15 and the New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series is elevating their commitment to “Developing the Stars of Tomorrow” by announcing a partnership with the International Prospect Series at Punta Cana to provide select teams and players across US, Canada, and Puerto Rico to play in the Dominican Republic World Tournament.
Based in Cap Cana, Dominican Republic, International Prospect Series is an all-inclusive destination tournament series developed and executed by major players in the International scouting community such as MLB agents, MLB scouts, and CEOs.
Scouts spanning five (5) continents identify and submit team bids from the US, Canada, Mexico, Central America, Latin America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia to participate in invitation-only competition.
The week-long series brings in 12-16 year-old amateur players and teams from across the globe to compete in the game they love, develop as players, and have a multicultural experience while enjoying time with family at one of the top destinations in the Caribbean.

As the Official Global Grassroots Player Identification and Development Program for New Balance Baseball, PROGRAM 15 is on a mission to develop amateur players and execute the Global Grassroots outreach of New Balance Baseball. The partnership with the International Prospect Series at Punta Cana will expand the exposure and broaden the experiences and worldview of the selected players.
PROGRAM 15 Founder, CEO and President of Baseball Operations for The New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series, Jeremy Booth, says, “We are excited to come together to take another step forward to change the game. The New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series is the global initiative between New Balance Baseball and PROGRAM 15 to elevate the game of baseball by providing amateur baseball players the opportunity to reach their full potential through the training, development, and guidance of professional players, scouts, and coaches.
Amateur players identified by PROGRAM 15’s National Staff of former Major League and professional players, scouts and coaches will be submitted to New Balance Baseball for advanced opportunities and the potential to represent their country at the New Balance Future Stars International Week.
