FSS EVENT SCHEDULE | FSS STAFF | FAQ
Future Stars Series is entering a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. As part of its continued mission to elevate amateur baseball and deliver an unmatched developmental experience, the organization is expanding both its scouting and development staff while also deepening its investment in off-field initiatives that directly enhance on-field performance.
As Jeremy Booth’s influence continues to grow across all levels of the game, the need for expanded leadership has become clear. Rather than subtracting or shifting away from the current structure, the Future Stars Series is building upon its foundation and scaling its operations to support the demands of its next chapter.
In the coming months, Bobby Evans is expected to take on a significantly expanded role, contributing across both business and baseball operations. At the same time, Jim Duquette’ role will broaden, with greater responsibility in player development and helping drive the ongoing evolution of the organization as it moves confidently into its next decade.
This expansion will include new staff additions and increased opportunities for current team members. Anchoring this growth are key leaders Robbie Moen, Anthony Perry, Renee Booth, and Brian Norris, whose contributions remain central to the FSS mission. Their continued leadership, alongside these new strategic developments, ensures the Future Stars Series remains the standard-bearer in amateur baseball.
“We couldn’t be happier to expand the roles of Bobby Evans and Jim Duquette, and to elevate Mark Burke — one of the most respected figures in baseball who coached for several seasons after playing 11 years in pro ball. This leadership group is the balance we’ve been searching for, and we’re incredibly thankful for everyone who’s brought us to this point. The future is bright, and we’re more than excited about what these individuals will contribute as we enter the next chapter of Future Stars Series.
Furthermore, Chris Hall is a potential addition to the Future Stars Series staff, bringing a deep and diverse background in player personnel and acquisition. A former agent and minor league general manager, Hall played a key role in founding the Futures League of Collegiate Baseball, establishing himself as a visionary in player development and amateur scouting. His strong ties to Booth, Perry, James Lofton, and other key figures within Future Stars Series make him a natural fit for the program’s continued growth. Hall’s experience and network could provide a significant boost to FSS’s expanding footprint in identifying and developing the game’s next generation of talent.”

Future Stars Series Baseball League Prepares for Regional Expansion, New Leadership Structure
As the Future Stars Series Baseball League continues its rapid growth, expansion beyond the initial nine planned regions is already underway. To support this momentum, the organization will begin appointing regional directors tasked with building localized staffs focused on premier playing opportunities and experience-driven programming.
These regional leaders will play a crucial role in streamlining the amateur baseball experience, ensuring consistency in development, competition, and overall player support across the country. Each director will be empowered to shape their region around trusted frontline facilities and personnel who embody the Future Stars Series mission.
That mission — centered on positioning players and the game for long-term success and sustainable return — remains the heartbeat of every initiative. As such, the organization is committed to adding like-minded individuals and partner organizations who are aligned with that vision and equipped to help carry it forward at scale.
“The first round of Regional Directors served as a beta test — and we learned a lot. This time, we’re aligned with the right structure: balanced supervision, meaningful activity, and the leadership needed to truly make the juice worth the squeeze. In the past, we’ve had individuals who saw themselves as bigger than the brand or weren’t invested in team success. This new group moves as one—united by mission, driven by purpose, and with the brand leading from the front, not trailing behind.”

“The Future Stars Series Baseball League is built to transform the amateur landscape—and make sure it never looks back. Countless people, both positively and challengingly, have helped shape where we are today. As we learn from the past and look to the future, we owe those leaders our thanks for getting the game to this point. This league is our way of impacting players, influencing organizations, and most importantly, moving both the game and its next generation forward.”
