Gear Pick Up:  July 21, 5:00 PM - 8:00 Pm

Location for Gear:  Spring Hill Suites Franklin / Cool Springs

  • Address:  5011 Aspen Grove Dr., Franklin TN 37067
    • 1st Floor and there will be signs and staff to guide you to the room.

Monday:   July 22:  Testing and BP at Shelby Park.

  • Address: 2033 Sevier St, Nashville, TN 37206

Tues. - Thurs.:  July 23 - 25:  Games at Vanderbilt University

  • Location:  Hawkins Field
  • Address:  2600 Jess Neely Dr, Nashville, TN 37212
  • Parking:  Park in the 25th Avenue Garage on Floors 8-10 ONLY. You may be ticketed by the city if you park on any other floors. Follow the construction signs/fences to enter the baseball field near the right field Fence. Please do not stop in front of the pedestrian areas to drop off players. Pull into the first-floor parking area and drop them off, then proceed to parking, etc.
  • Field Entrance:  Players enter via the right field fence.  At this time, the parents will enter down the right field line/bullpen area.  This area is slightly left of the right field entrance and staff will be there to show the way.  NO SEATING in the OUTFIELD available.

Synergy Sports:

This event will also be videotaped using Synergy Sports.  Synergy Sports brings its world-class cloud-based video and analytics system to MLB, MiLB, College, and International baseball. Synergy Sports has built its success on proprietary technology that links meaningful sports data and video clips to create visual statistics and analytics about players, teams, and games.  Synergy Sports allows this event to drive player information to College and Professional organizations with true clarity and data.  Providing both Colleges and MLB with the information they are looking for.
