Hi Players and Families,
We hope your holiday has been great. We look forward to seeing you at the New Balance Future Stars Series – NorCal and Game Prep Baseball Scout Day. Please use the schedule below as your guideline for check-in and the general flow of the day.
There will be two (2) groups checking in at separate assigned times. Please see your group below the general schedule to identify your arrival time.
General Information:
  • Event Date: 12/30/2023
  • Arrival Time: Please see your group number for check-in time.
  • Group 1: 8:30 AM Check-in – Dismissed approximately 12:00 PM
  • Group 2: 11:30 AM Check-In – Dismissed approximately 3:00 PM
  • Event Location: The Yard - Stockton
  • Address: 3200 E 8 Mile Rd Unit 5, Stockton, CA 95212
  • Event Time: 12 PM to 4 PM
  • Check-In: Arrive 15 minutes before your check-in time
  • Bats: Wood Bat Only
  • Dress and Shoes: Full baseball gear, athletic shoes, turfs, and molded cleats are okay. NO SPIKES
General Flow of Activities for each group:
  • Check-In
  • Warm-Up and Stretch
  • Athletic Testing:
  • 60 Yard Run: Measured @ 10 / 40 / 60
  • Agility Testing: Shuttle @ 5 - 10 - 5 Yards
  • Broad Jump / Triple Broad Jump
  • Infield / Outfield
  • BP
  • Bullpens: 15 to 20 pitches

Once the Partner Program Scout Day is completed the players can expect to be notified through e-mail in about 3-4 weeks when their report is ready to view. The e-mail used for the notification is the e-mail used to register for the Scout Day. Players selected to participate in the next round of events will also be notified via e-mail of their selection at various times throughout the year.
