New York Yankees Top 30 Prospect Rankings Update

With the graduation of shortstop Anthony Volpe the New York Yankees’ farm system is the thinnest it’s been in years. At the top it’s high-risk, high-reward outfielders, an above-average middle infielder and very little starting pitching depth within a year of the majors.

The club added even more upside in the draft and didn’t make a significant trade before the deadline, but there doesn’t appear to be a good bet on a future star right now.
