Dominic Pipkin was taken 257th overall by the Philadelphia Phillies, and is a proud alum of the New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series and Program 15.
Pipkin participated in the International Week event in Sugar Land, Texas, and Program 15 VP of Scouting Butch Baccala provided the following report on Pipkin.
“Dominic Pipkin is a kid that I saw in Santa Clara before we invited him. It was like Taijuan Walk-erish; great body, great body looseness, his arm worked great. He’s got a chance to be that guy that’s 94-96 with electric stuff with a breaking pitch and that fastball.”
