Nazzan Zanetello has made the rounds on the travel circuit, going anywhere from Team USA to the Breakthrough Series to numerous other events. An Arkansas commit standing 6-foot-2 and weighing in at 180 pounds, he’s an agile third baseman who is likely best known for his run tool, producing a 6.3 60 at the Future Stars Series Kansas City Regional Combine back in 2021.
FSS Event History: At the time of that Regional Combine, which is Zanetello’s only FSS appearance, he was working as a two-way player, also getting in time as an RHP. He’s since focused as an infielder, which is where the development staff liked him better anyway; not only did he run a 4.3 40 at the event alongside his blazing 60, but he was also lauded for his baserunning instincts as well.

Joe Doyle on Nazzan Zanetello:
Zanetello is a lean infielder with significant bat speed and gap-to-gap power, though most expect him to throw them over the fence in due time. He’s a bouncy infielder with a strong first step and the potential to stay up the middle of the field on the dirt or out in centerfield. Zanetello is a good athlete who’s an accomplished pitcher from the left side as well. A plus runner, he can nab a few bases in-game as well. Zanetello has been streaky at the plate with the hit tool, so impressing scouts in the spring will be important in determining his draft stock.
