Hi Players and Parents,
Please review the general schedule below for your group’s check-in time, overall event flow, and uniform and gear requirements. Details regarding report distribution can be found at the bottom of this message.
During the event, scouts will complete a comprehensive Scouting Report for each player, including athletic data, grading, and written feedback. Players are also encouraged to ask staff for feedback during or after the event.
For those who purchased NTangible Testing, the testing link will be delivered via email on February 18, 2026

Bats: Wood Bat Only
Uniforms and Shoes: Full baseball gear, athletic shoes, turfs, and molded shoes only. FSS Shirt and hat to be provided.
General Flow of Activities for the event:
Start Time: Please do not arrive before 8:45 AM to check-in
9:00 AM: Check-In
9:15 AM: Welcome, Warm-Up, and Stretch
9:45 AM: Athletic Testing:
60 Yard Run: Measured @ 10/40/60
Pro Agility Testing: 5 -10 -5
Broad Jump / Triple Broad Jump
10:15 AM: Defensive Evaluations: Warm-Up / Infield / Outfield / Catchers / POs to throw 1st
11:30 AM: BP – Trackman (Data Capture
12:45 PM – Bullpens – Primary Pitchers Only – Trackman (Data Capture)
Reports will be delivered to the parent or guardian email address used to register the player through our updated automated reporting system.
All testing results and data collected during the event will be included in the final report. Players may also receive immediate, in-person feedback on their performance from our staff during the event.
