Thank you for your patience regarding communication for this event. We look forward to seeing you at the New Balance Future Stars Series Regional Combine – Houston, Texas Area. Use the schedule below as your guideline for check-in and the general flow of the day. This is email is for Group 1, checking in at 9:00 AM. Players should arrive no more than 15 minutes before check-in time. If you arrive earlier, please do not enter the facility earlier than 15 minutes before your group check-in time. Please review this email to the end as there are online testing links near the bottom. We ask that you complete these online tests over the next 5 days.

Bats: Wood Bat Only
Uniforms and Shoes: Full baseball gear, athletic shoes, turfs, and molded cleats are okay. NO SPIKES on any turf or indoor surface. FSS Shirt and hat will be provided to players at check-in. Including a BIB #.

General Flow of Activities for the event:
- 9:00 AM: Check-In
- 9:30 AM: Welcome, Warm-Up, and Stretch
- 10:00 AM: Athletic and Senaptec Testing
- Athletic Testing:
- 60 Yard Run: Measured @ 10/40/60
- Agility Testing: Shuttle @ 5 – 10 – 5
- Broad Jump / Triple Broad Jump
- Senaptec Testing
- Hitting and Pitching data
- Athletic Testing:
- 10:45 AM: Defensive Evaluations: Warm-Up / Infield / Outfield / Catchers
- 11:30 AM: BP, Senaptec testing continued
- 12:30 PM – Bullpens – Primary Pitchers Only – Unless the scout onsite requests a secondary pitcher to throw. In some cases, pitchers may throw live to hitters. Any additional testing for position players will occur at this time. We expect to be ahead of schedule, but please use this schedule as a guideline.

Scouting Reports: Reports will be sent via email to the parent’s email provided during the registration process. Reports are distributed about 3 weeks after the event to allow for the scouting and development notes, data, etc. to be uploaded to the report. Within 1 week of this event, any player selected to participate in the Underclass or National Combine this summer will receive an invitation via email from the Future Stars Series to register for that opportunity. In 2024 both the Underclass and National Combine will be held at Vanderbilt University. Players selected from that event will play in the Signature Events in 2024.

You are receiving this email because you attended the NBFSS Scout Day with the HPP Tigers. Please click on the links below to complete BOTH evaluations. Future Stars Series is dedicated to providing the most extensive scouting report on all of the top players in the world and that includes psychological evaluations which we will gather from these tests from the industry leaders when it comes to predictive mental toughness measurements. These exams offer the player an opportunity to review their results and an opportunity to improve themselves on and off the field. The exams generally take up to 30 minutes each so plan accordingly.
