Future Stars Series Playing Pivotal Role In Helping Amateur Players Reach Next Step

Since its inception in 2017, the New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series powered by Program 15 has been proud to help play a pivotal role in helping some of the top amateur players in the country get to the next step of their careers.

Whatever that step may be.

Everyone’s path to the next level is different, and while yes, the Future Stars has seen numerous International Free Agent signings and had over 60 attendees of jewel events drafted over the past four years – including first rounders Grayson Rodriguez, Bo Naylor, Daniel Espino, Mick Abel, Justin Lange and Zac Veen – there’s also been a huge commitment to, well…commitments.

Since May, the Future Stars Series has seen over 140 players announce their college commitments, a pivotal step in not only continuing their baseball careers, but also their educations.

“It’s been interesting and amazing to be a part of so many of these young guys growth,” said FSS/P15 CEO, President and Founder Jeremy Booth.  “It’s a true testament to the programs they play for and working with them every day, but it’s an honor to be a part of their process and, in many cases, get on the phone and help these guys find a fit.”

In addition to the annual national tournaments, scout days and frequent regional events, the creation and expansion of major FSS annual events including the Underclass Elite, Fresh 50, World and National Pro Combines, as well as the FSS Main Event have helped grow the FSS footprint to cover 13 countries, impacting over 15,000 athletes worldwide.

The following players have all recently announced their college commitments after playing in one or more FSS events, with their partner program and future NCAA stop listed alongside their name.
