PROGRAM 15, the Official Global Grassroots Player Identification and Development Program for New Balance Baseball announces strategic collaboration with Crossroads Baseball Series to provide recruitment and professional draft opportunities for elite High School players.
PROGRAM 15 and the New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series is elevating their commitment to “Developing the Stars of Tomorrow” by joining forces with the Crossroads Baseball Series to create the most comprehensive amateur baseball player identification and development experience available.
The Crossroads Baseball Series has established itself as a leader in the development, education, and recruitment of High School Baseball Players by providing valuable exposure to college programs through their innovative “Coach Recommended” promotion process. College coaches scout, evaluate and/or instruct at all Crossroads Baseball Series events. 1000+ Crossroads Baseball Series players have moved on to play at over 200+ Colleges.
The collaboration between PROGRAM 15 and Crossroads Baseball Series is expanding the opportunities for individual players from High School and Travel Programs through The New Balance Future Stars Series.
The New Balance Future Stars Series is the global initiative between New Balance Baseball and PROGRAM 15 to elevate the game of baseball by providing amateur baseball players the opportunity to reach their full potential through the training, development, and guidance of professional players, scouts, and coaches.
Players identified at the state and local levels from the Crossroads Baseball Select Series events will be selected to attend invitation-only New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series Skills, Training and Development Combines led by PROGRAM 15’s National Staff of former professional players, scouts, and coaches, including Major League All-Stars and World Series veterans.
Each player receives a full PROGRAM 15 Scouting Report, developmental feedback and plan to assist in their long-term growth from scouts who have signed Major League players. Player profiles and evaluations are logged into the PROGRAM 15 Proprietary Scouting Database and made available to college and pro scouts across the country.
Players identified by PROGRAM 15 staff are submitted to New Balance Baseball for advanced opportunities and potential to represent their country at the New Balance Future Stars International Week.
PROGRAM 15 President and Director of Development, Jeremy Booth stated, “Our program is specifically designed to develop the individual player’s ability to his full potential, then to get that player the results that their ability deserves. Our commitment is the same, whether it’s a young man with the desire to move from select ball to playing in high school or from high school to being recruited by a college or an MLB draft pick.”
