Program 15 and New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series VP of Scouting Butch Baccala and Scouting Supervisor Mike Eaglin have revealed their Top 25 prospects list from the 2018 Program 15 New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series 2021 Grad Class Tournament.
