2024 Future Stars Series Showdown High School Rosters Revealed

The roster of Main Event players that are set to compete in the inaugural New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series Showdown at Globe Life Field from January 19-21 in Arlington, Texas has been revealed.

The announcement was made on X (formerly Twitter) by FSS president and CEO, Jeremy Booth.

The event, a first of its kind, will feature that team going up against some of the top JUCO teams in the country, including San Jacinto, Blinn College, Northwest Florida State College, New Mexico Junior College, Navarro College and Odessa College.

The 35 players — a group that includes several 2025 grad class members who were “called up” as well several arms new to signature events — who are scheduled to participate are listed below, headlined by projected first-round pick Slade Caldwell, who was unable to play in the Main Event due to injury.

1/19: FSS vs. Northwest Florida State, 8 PM

1/20: Blinn College vs. FSS (nine innings), 3:15 PM
1/21: Odessa vs. Navarro (12-16 innings), 12:45 PM
1/21: San Jac vs. FSS (16 innings), 5:45 PM
