Ahhh, the Oakland Athletics. For now.
Clearly in the midst of some semblance of rebuilding, the A’s have been surprisingly quiet on the trade front since the start of the season.
In the meantime, the farm system has been called upon a number of times, including right-hander Mason Miller, slugger Tyler Soderstrom, and infielder Zack Gelof.
Oakland added shortstop Jacob Wilson at No. 6 overall in the draft, and selected Myles Naylor, Ryan Lasko, and Nathan Dettmer after the first round.
