Miami Marlins Top 30 Prospect Rankings Update

August 6, 2023

The Miami Marlins used their pitching depth to acquire Luis Arraez, largely because they had young arms on the farm set to come up and help. Arraez is raking, and the now-graduated Eury Perez has been very good on the mound.

At the deadline, GM Kim Ng was aggressive in trading Khalil Watson for Josh Bell, and then sent left-hander Jake Eder to the Chicago White Sox for Jake Burger.

A bit depleted, the Miami system remains intriguing, and still is highlighted by pitching.
