2025 Georgia Premier Scout Day produces numerous invites to signature events

April 15, 2025

New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series CEO and President of Baseball Operations Jeremy Booth couldn’t stop raving about what he saw this past weekend in Statesboro, GA.

After you see what program we visited for a Scout Day and the list of players who attended, this surely isn’t a surprise. Booth and the rest of the FSS staff went down to Georgia Premier Academy on Sunday, with a bevy of both familiar and new faces in attendance there to try to earn their way to the upcoming signature events this summer.

“What a great event,” Booth said. “The talent there was just immense, and I’m blown away by not just how many players we’ll be seeing moving forward with us, but how many wanted to move forward to us and believe in the vision we all have here. Our entire staff is already eager to work with this group again.”

A Georgia Premier program that’s historically produced some of the top prospects in the game certainly didn’t disappoint this time around, with a lengthy list of players that stood out and are expected to garner strong consideration for invites to the summer’s events for a chance to earn their way to the class-appropriate signature events.

Among the standouts: RJ Cope, Derek De La Rosa, Raymel Contreras, Gage Litton, Tanner Hoekwater, Nox Williams, North Williams, Sam Hubbard, Josiah Patrick, Collin Thomas, Jace Dardar, Luke Colston, David Bankston, Dylan White, Erick Del Carmen, Brycen Harris, Riley Cates, Ben Dupuch, Cam Jackson, Savion Daniel, Jackson Reynolds, Noah Chrabolowski, Brayni Estrella, Jonah Gregg, Colton Cubbage, Casey McBride, Giann Garibaldi, Jenker Romero and Amari Knowles.

Jackson, a 2026 switch-hitting SS/3B from Decatur was impressive out of the gate, as was Raymel Contreras (2027, CF) and 2025 OF Del Carmen to lead the way on the 10-Yard.

Omar Williams (2026, CF, R) stood out, leading the way in the 40-Yard, with Del Carmen, and 2027 SS McBride out of Ellenword, Georgia also standing out.

Atlanta’s Thomas (2027, SS, B) checked in with a strong showing in the 60-Yard, as did Bankston (2027, 3B, B), and Patrick, a 2027 2B/CF from Hampton.

McBride, Jackson and Dardar (2026, 2B/SS, L) were neck-and-neck here, and Bryce Harris (2026, OF, L) was right on their heels.

Jackson, a South Carolina commit, again showing his strength and athleticism at the top of this leaderboard, with 2027 CF Sam Hubbard checking in with an impressive result.

Jackson finishes with a dominant triple, as does Bankston, Patrick, and the speedy Omar Williams. Hoekwater, a 1B/LHP out of Fayetteville showing athleticism here, too.

Hosted exclusively for FSS Partner Programs, each player attending a Scout Day event receives a t-shirt, hat, and full Future Stars Series created scouting report written by a professional scout who has signed MLB players. These reports include the MLB 20-80 scale and a proprietary role prediction model developed by the Future Stars Series from thousands of games and scouted players. This model has been widely accepted by MLB clubs when making draft decisions. This includes many of the recent over 100 players drafted or signed in the 2023 draft who have participated in previous New Balance Future Stars Series events.

Player profiles and evaluations are logged into the PROGRAM 15 Proprietary Scouting Database and made available to college coaches and pro scouts across the country. Many college coaches in today’s recruiting world will watch the live stream to set up or confirm their future scouting boards. Our reports have earned the trust of those coaches and we have had many players earn college offers immediately following our events.

Scout Days will be covered by the Future Stars Series social media team reaching over 100 million views and impressions. We encourage you to follow all our social media accounts and tag us in your posts from your events.

Players attending their organization’s Scout Day will also be evaluated for selection to attend a New Balance Future Stars Series Underclass or National Combine, allowing them to bypass the normally required Regional Combine as they progress toward a potential invitation to the Fresh 50, Underclass Elite or Main Event signature events.

The Main Event is hosted in an MLB stadium such as Globe Life Field or Fenway Park. This bypass step is only available to players that are part of one of our Partner or Affiliate Programs.
