Congratulations are in order for the Louisiana Knights, who defeated Scorpions Baseball, 11-6, to win the New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series 2020 Grad Class Tournament.
In the deepest and arguably most-talented group to come through Cypress, Texas yet, it was the Knights who came out on top thanks to a strong overall team effort, and a big tournament from shortstop Davis Meche, who impressed scouts all tournament long.
The month-long slate of national tournaments continues starting on July 17, when the 2021 Grad Class will come to the Cy-Fair Sports Association Complex with a strong group of 28 teams.
