Bat: Wood Bat Only

Shoes: Spikes, Molded, or Turfs - Look at conditions and make your best selection

General Flow for each session:

  • Pro Agility
  • Broad Jump
  • Triple Broad Jump

2. Defensive Evaluations - Body Control, Fielding, and Throwing Accuracy (solid fundamentals)

3. Hitting Evaluations - Consistent Hard contact - 1 hard hit ball does not mean it was a good round. How many line drives can you hit?

4. Pitching Evaluations - Pitchers should focus on command over velocity. Nobody cares how hard you threw ball four. Pound the zone with all pitches.

End Session 1 - Each session will follow this format (weather permitting)
