PROGRAM 15 and Amuse Sports Announce Partnership to Scout Players to Play Professional Baseball in Asia
PROGRAM 15, the Official Global Grassroots Player Identification and Development Program for New Balance Baseball has announced its collaboration with Amuse Sports to identify elite players to play professional baseball in Asia.
PROGRAM 15 will host two Player Identification events in the eastern and western regions of the US during January and February 2021. PROGRAM 15 CEO/President of Baseball Operations Jeremy Booth, VP of Player Personnel Gordon Blakeley, and Field Coordinator James Lofton will evaluate attendees on behalf of Japanese sports management agency Amuse Sports to represent players for opportunities to play professional baseball in Asia.
Backed by decades of Pro Baseball Scouting experience, PROGRAM 15’s in-depth and credible evaluations are trusted by Major League scouts and college coaches across the country. The collaboration is a perfect fit with Amuse Sports whose client roster includes active players on teams in Major League Baseball (MLB), Nippon Professional Baseball Organization (NPO), Korea Baseball Organization (KBO), and Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL).
Analytical data including video, Blast Motion swing performance metrics, and Scoutcast field performance metrics will be captured on all players attending the events.
High school graduates, current college, as well as professional players are eligible to attend.
