San Jacinto College is following up a 39-17 2025 campaign under head coach Eric Weaver.
JUCO SHOWDOWN TICKETS
Rafael Furcal, Jr., LF (S0.)
Furcal pounds the baseball consistently, slashing .303/.403/.579 as a freshman last season, leading the Ravens with nine home runs. He’s a right-handed hitter with a simple, sound swing and good bat speed.
Manny Dorantes, 3B/RHP (Fr.)
Dorantes is among the most accomplished and decorated FSS alums in college ball right now. He handles third base well, can pitch, and absolutely raked, including in the biggest events versus the best competition.
He’s a legitimate two-way player and plays with instinct and confidence.
Andrew Fonte, C (So.)
Fonte played 25 games in 2025 and, in limited time, flashed solid power and on-base ability with a .478 OBP and eight extra-base hits.
It’s a loose right-handed swing with bat speed, and Fontes’ arm strength and athleticism behind the dish are solid.
Nate Belle, RF (Fr.)
Belle came through Future Stars Series via the HPP Tigers Scout Day in 2023 and 2024, and he stood out in the Main Event at Globe Life Field in October 2024.
He’s a plus runner, and there’s some pop in the swing.
Jack Marek, RHP (So.)
Marek made just eight appearances a year ago, but covered 15 innings out of the bullpen and posted a 14-4 K/BB ratio.
Patrick Lewis, RHP (So.)
Lewis is a 6-foot-2 right-hander from Manvel, Texas, returning for Year 2 after making 15 starts a year ago and posting a 3.87 ERA with 76 strikeouts in 76. 2innings. Lewis figures to serve as the Ravens’ ace this season.
